Yiqing joined the OJB Boston team in 2019 after working with a landscape architecture firm in San Francisco. Yiqing earned a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor of Agriculture in Landscape Architecture from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Minor in Construction Management from Tongji University. As an Associate, Yiqing manages a diverse scope of projects ranging from urban parks to mixed-use developments. She is passionate about project construction and is skilled in finding solutions to site complications through design innovation. She decided to pursue landscape architecture as it combined her interests in both architecture and the natural environment. Yiqing’s experience in implementing permeable paving, bio-soils, and other measures into projects highlights her understanding of environmental issues and sustainable construction practices. In her free time, Yiqing enjoys trying new restaurants and exploring new foods with her friends.
