East Harbour is located on a 60-acre site east of downtown Toronto and is the largest commercial project currently planned in Canada. OJB, in collaboration with Cadillac Fairview and the design team, recently completed the Master Plan, which envisions a new mixed-use development with over 12-million SF of office, retail, residential spaces, and plenty of pedestrian-friendly streets, parks, and plazas. The area was previously set aside as a key employment zone, and the latest resubmission proposes the addition of residential towers with 4,000+ units. The proposed design will create a vibrant live, work, and play district.
