OJB is excited to have been a part of the planning and redevelopment of the former Lone Star Brewery site. The 32-acre Lone Star District will revitalize the connection to the riverfront through a series of sustainable open spaces and weave the site’s history into the design, becoming an eclectic mixed-use destination for the City of San Antonio. OJB collaborated with Lake|Flato, WGI Engineers, and the development team, including Midway and GrayStreet on the master plan.
