Construction for the Montrose Collective, a five building mixed-use development, is now underway. The project brings over 150,000 square feet of office, retail, and dining space emphasizing the unique character local to the culture of Houston.
In addition to housing the new restaurants and shops, the space will be the new home to the relocated Montrose Branch of the Houston Public Library. OJB’s design delivers a central paseo containing no shortage of elegant planting and seating opportunities to calm a busy intersection and create a welcoming environment for visitors. The development will open in late 2021. Read More on the Houston Chronicle website.
