Over the last year, OJB has worked together with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill; HR&A; Sam Schwartz Engineering; Mcintosh Poris Associates and Kraemer Design Group to plan the reinvention of Detroit’s Greektown. The Greektown Neighborhood Partnership unveiled the Framework Vision last week, which shares detailed priorities for the neighborhood, including the addition of new parks and public spaces, residential units and retail. The plan also focuses on activation, walkability and safety throughout the entertainment district.
