The design for Phase 2 at Houston’s Regent Square Mixed-Use development is underway and groundbreaking is expected for Fall 2019. OJB Landscape Architecture is working with Boston based GID Development Group and CBT Architects to create a dynamic and walkable place. The 8-acre development includes 600 multifamily units with an amenity terrace to enhance the resident’s lifestyles. At ground level, 50,000 SF of retail will surround a large central plaza that includes an active green space and water feature.
