Last Thursday, the town council in Cary, North Carolina approved OJB’s master plan for a $50 million downtown park. OJB was engaged late last Spring and led several public workshops. The final plan is the result of many months of effort and considerable public input.

Design work will begin in May. Construction is expected to begin in the fall of 2020, with the project completed in 2022. View the master plan report in its entirety.
