OJB has partnered with KDC, HKS, Duda Paine and Corgan on the new 35-acre headquarters for Pioneer Natural Resources. Construction began at the Irving campus late June and it’s expected to be completed by Winter 2019. The project is pursuing LEED Silver Certification.
With the client, the design team designed a campus that adapts to the changing needs of workplace environments. There are a number of features on the new campus that show an investment in work-life balance, including a fitness center, conference center, daycare, employee cafeteria, medical center and various exterior amenity spaces. The new building will front a small lake and OJB designed a campus landscape that respects the beauty of the site.
