Charles Schwab will be opening a new Dallas-Fort Worth campus in 2019. Construction for Phase 1 of the project will begin later this summer, which includes 4 buildings and a parking garage. The 33-acre site is located at State Highway 114 and State Highway 170 in Westlake, Texas and it will be a part of a larger mixed-use project, developed by Howard Hughes and Hillwood.
OJB has been working with Corgan to design the campus, which will have a more rural feel and include many amenities for the 5,000 Schwab employees expected to work at the hub.
