Park District Mixed-Use Development Brings Luxury to Uptown Dallas

Sited on a three-acre parcel next to Klyde Warren Park, Park District is a massive mixed use development in Uptown Dallas. This was the first commercial development to start adjacent to the Park and it will feature Class A offices, luxury residences, ground-floor retail, and below-grade parking. OJB designed the various outdoor terraces, amenity decks, and a walkable plaza with park-like landscaping, emphasizing strong connections to Klyde Warren Park. The 20-story office tower just topped off and is slated for completion in January 2018 and the 33-story luxury apartment tower will be finished in March 2018.
