Urban Land Institute’s Houston chapter named two of OJB’s projects as winners of the Development of Distinction Awards. The annual awards program recognizes real estate projects and public open spaces that reflect best practices in design, construction and economic viability.

Midtown Arts Theater Center Houston (MATCH) won in the nonprofit category and CityCentre was named People’s Choice Winner, in honor of the 10th anniversary of the ULI Development of Distinction Awards.
