OJB has been working with Hines and Bohlin Cywinski Jackson on renewing the iconic 101 California site. The redesigned plaza will create an open community space within downtown San Francisco. The plaza’s native planting and warm materials work together with the lobby renovation to establish a relationship between nature and architecture. Carefully crafted to provide a safe and energetic environment for tenants and visitors, the plaza will begin transformation after breaking ground in Q3 of this year.
