We’re excited to announce that OJB will be working with KDC, Omniplan and Lake Flato on a new high-rise mixed use development in Dallas. The development will be anchored by Texas’ favorite grocery store, Central Market, and will include office, retail, restaurants and a 2-acre public plaza on the grocery’s roof. We look forward to working with the design team to create a unique environment that enhances the pedestrian experience, energizes the streetscape and provides an activated community plaza for Uptown Dallas.
