The Architect’s Newspaper recently featured the sensitive renovation of 9720 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills, originally designed by Edward Durell Stone in 1962. OJB partnered with Montalba Architects to modernize this office building and plaza, a Modernist icon. The ground floor and lower level are enlivened by a sunken garden and a light well, which works together with the emblematic plaza with restored terrazzo, new site furnishings and lush planting.
