Ground was broken earlier this month on the BHP Billiton Tower in Houston’s uptown.
OJB has designed the surrounding streetscape as well as a prominent roof garden at level 8. The streetscape will feature improved walkability and greenscaping, and incorporate an autocourt and layby. The rooftop will serve as ancillary space for a large conference area, and feature large gardens, a terrace with seating and dining options and will be situated to take in expansive city views.
