Dallas’ Culture Map profiled McKinney & Olive following its grand opening last week. The 20-story office and retail space was designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli and features a one-acre piazza designed by OJB. OJB’s vision for the piazza includes water features, a fire pit and seating as well as open spaces and convenient valet parking for office and retail visitors. The curvaceous architecture is a bold addition to Uptown Dallas’ skyline and features unobstructed views over the Arts District and OJB-designed Klyde Warren Park in downtown.
