A new 15,000 seat arena is now under construction in Austin, Texas. The space will be home to the University of Texas basketball games, as well as other Austin community events and top touring concerts and shows. Named The Moody Center after the generous donation made by the Moody Foundation, the $338 million arena will replace the 42-year old Frank Erwin Center. OJB Landscape Architecture has worked with Gensler and the Oak View Group on the project, which is expected to open early 2022.
