Construction on downtown Houston’s latest skyscraper reached it’s highest point yesterday! Soaring at 35 stories, Capitol Tower will be a LEED v4 Platinum pre-certified tower with a 24,000 square-foot rooftop courtyard called SkyPark designed by OJB. Construction is expected to be finished mid 2019.
