The proposed South Loop project in Kansas City, a reimagining of the downtown freeway loop that runs through the center of the city, is moving forward with support of the Downtown Council, Port KC, and a host of community organizations. The proposed deck park will return green space to the heart of the city and create a new dynamic gathering point between the central business district and the Crossroads.
