McKinney & Olive, a Crescent Real Estate, Class A office space in Uptown Dallas, is the recipient of the North Texas Urban Land Institute Innovation Award. The award recognizes originality and creativity in design, placemaking, green techniques and innovative land use or community planning. The elegant 20-story tower was designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli and OJB designed the 36,000 SF piazza which includes botanical gardens, large mature shade trees, event decks, an activity lawn for special events, a meandering water feature and numerous places for dining and socialization. Read more about the award.
