Oklahoma City’s Myriad Botanical Gardens have been featured on TexasArchitects.org in an article by Ben Koush. Titled Oklahoma’s 21st Century Park: Myriad Botanical Gardens, the article offers a narrative of the space in the context of urbanization and the making of the contemporary city, spanning the park’s early development, through the urban renewal of the 1950’s into its current form.
Myriad was also included in the print version of the magazine alongside a 6 page feature article on Klyde Warren Park. “Mind the Gap”, a study of the park in Frederick Steiner’s feature article New Urban Tapestries, portrays the park in the context of a rapidly urbanizing state, the demands thereof, and the green infrastructure and adaptive urban solutions to these demands.
