The University of California, San Diego recently selected a team to plan and design a new Living and Learning Neighborhood at North Torrey Pines. The design team includes HKS Architects, Safdie Rabines Architects and OJB.

The Torrey Pines campus expansion will achieve the University’s vision for a unified community. The design mixes various uses including, undergraduate student housing, educational spaces, administrative offices and outdoor community spaces to transform the site into a diverse mixed-use development that acts as a catalyst for the university and surrounding community.
