Justin joined OJB’s Houston office in 2017 after serving as a Designer with another Houston-based landscape architecture firm. He earned a Bachelor of Science of Landscape Architecture with a Minor in Art and Design from Purdue University. From native planting to the materiality of paths and plazas, Justin is a Senior Associate who is focused on the design details of successful landscapes. His understanding of varying ecologies and environments is an asset on projects with challenging site constraints in many different climates and ecoregions. A trusted leader in the construction process, Justin’s proactive attention to the development of design documentation yields many benefits. He is often called on to solve conditions in the field, he is known for a calm demeanor that balances design intent with client goals. Passionate about fly fishing and spending time with his kids outside, Justin hopes to see an increase of green space in urban centers.
