Laura supports OJB’s Human Resources needs in the areas of employee relations, recruiting, immigration, policy development, and onboarding. She brings more than 10 years of Recruiting and HR experience to her new role and was most recently with Strike, an oil and gas services provider located in Houston, TX for more than 7 years. While at Strike, Laura held the roles of Recruiter, Recruiting Manager and Human Resources Manager, supporting both corporate and field employees. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and is an avid gardener and runner.
