With over 20 years of professional experience in construction management and design, Scott joined OJB’s Houston office in 2011. A LEED certified professional with strong technical knowledge of sustainable systems and their application, Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Illinois State University. A Principal in the Houston office, Scott is a preferred collaborator amongst colleagues and a driving force in resolving complex and challenging conditions in the field. He is passionate about examining design details and site restrictions and finding new techniques and tools to manage budget and schedule. He is a vital contributor to the success of built projects of all typologies and scales. Some of his past notable projects include Klyde Warren Park in Dallas, Levy Park in Houston, Rockstar Energy Bike Park in Houston, Devon Energy World Headquarters in Oklahoma City, and the 72-acre Riverfront Park development in Omaha. In his spare time, he loves bringing his kids to the opening day of completed projects and feels rewarded when communities enjoy the landscape on a regular, day-to-day basis.
