Sharni joined OJB in 2022. She earned a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Michigan’s School for Environment and Sustainability. She also holds a Bachelor of Fine Art with a minor in Art History from the University of California, Los Angeles in addition to a Certificate in Real Estate Development. As a Designer in the Solana Beach office, Sharni’s designs are characterized by user-friendly and naturalistic compositions. Her a background in fine art, Sharni is drawn to the vibrancy and textures of plants and natural materials. Her ability to analyze site conditions and forge sustainable plant and hardscape combinations helps the team consistently create well-spaced and responsive landscapes.  During her time at the University of Michigan, she held various leadership positions including President of her school’s student ASLA chapter. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors, and she is frequently gardening, hiking, and camping.
