About

With a series of mid-rise structures and one 17-story tower, a museum, and 5 total acres of green space and rooftop decks, this project will be the largest urban commercial waterfront site along California’s Pacific coast. The 1.7 million square foot development has been certified LEED Gold. This vibrant mixed-use district in downtown San Diego includes hospitality in addition to life sciences, focused on design innovation, high-quality public open space, and unique retail and F&B offerings. The project creates direct connections to the fabric of downtown San Diego, The Embarcadero, and the waterfront to create a unique destination for San Diegans and visitors. The site brings together Technology, Nature, and Community.

The project broke ground in September 2020, and is being brought on line in phases. The entire public realm is complete to offer amenities for tenants as they join the development.

A shade-filled paseo connecting multiple blocks features large trees, native plantings, and a variety of unique spaces for gathering and strolling.

Occupiable garden terraces on multiple floors connect tenants to the outdoors, creating a three-dimensional public realm which takes advantage of sweeping views of the San Diego Bay.
